01 · WHERE I HELP

Start with what's actually happening.

Most engagements begin with a situation, not a service. Find yours below.

01

A leader who needs to grow

Someone stepping into new scope, harder decisions, or higher stakes. One-on-one coaching that is confidential, candid, and built around where you are actually trying to go.

02

A team that isn't clicking

Meetings feel tense. People talk past each other. The same argument keeps resurfacing. Facilitated sessions that name the pattern and give everyone a shared language for it.

03

Managers who need practical skills

Cohort-based training that builds the daily habits of effective leadership: feedback, delegation, difficult conversations, and decisions made under real uncertainty.

04

An organization facing change

Restructures, leadership transitions, and growth. Getting people ready for change before it arrives, rather than managing the fallout afterward.

02 · THE APPROACH

Agility isn't chaos. It's preparation that holds under pressure.

01 · Start with how people actually work

Before frameworks, we map the real dynamics: who communicates how, where friction lives, what the team avoids. Our assessments give everyone a shared, non-judgmental language for it.

02 · Build skills you'll use Monday

Development that doesn't survive contact with a busy week is wasted. Every engagement ends with concrete practices leaders can run the next day, not a binder on a shelf.

03 · Make it stick

Lasting change comes from reinforcement, not a single great session. We design follow-through into the work from the start, with coaching, check-ins, and accountability.

03 · ABOUT

A practitioner first, a coach second.

Silver Agility is led by a senior organizational leader with a doctorate in education (Ed.D.), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential, and more than 15 years building and running the functions most consultants only advise on: operations, human resources, and team development. This is counsel from someone who has actually sat in the chair.

That experience shows up in the work. The coaching is candid, the training is practical, and the workshops are built to hold up inside a real organization, not just a conference room. As a certified practitioner in Everything DiSC and EQ-i 2.0 & EQ360, that hard-won judgment is paired with proven tools, so leaders and teams move with more clarity and less friction.

05 · LET'S TALK

Ready to lead with more agility?

Tell me a little about your team or the challenge you're facing. The first conversation is free, candid, and entirely about whether this is a fit.

Outside Milwaukee, Madison, or Chicago? Coaching and assessments work virtually from anywhere, and in-person travel is worth asking about for the right engagement.

Helpful but never required. Scope gets built to fit the budget, not the other way around.
