Privacy Policy.

Effective Date: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Silver Agility, LLC ("Silver Agility," "we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to silveragility.com (the "Site") and to the consulting, coaching, and assessment services we provide (the "Services"). It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1. Who We Are

Silver Agility, LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with its principal place of business in the State of Wisconsin. We provide leadership development, executive coaching, and assessment services to individuals and organizations, including Everything DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, and EQ360.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you contact us, purchase a service, or participate in an engagement, we may collect your name, email address, organization, job title, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation or goals.

Assessment information. When you take an assessment through us, we receive your responses and the resulting report, along with any notes or materials created while delivering the debrief or coaching. For EQ360, this includes feedback submitted by the observers you nominate.

Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the product purchased, and basic transaction details. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which is used to operate and secure the Site.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to deliver and administer the Services, communicate with you about scheduling and next steps after a purchase, prepare and discuss assessment results, process payments, keep records required for tax and business purposes, maintain the security of the Site, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use assessment data for advertising.

4. Assessment Data: Ownership and Confidentiality

This section matters more than any other in this policy, so it is worth stating plainly.

Your results are yours. Personal assessment results belong to the individual who completed the assessment. Your report is prepared for you and discussed with you.

When an organization pays. If your employer or another organization arranges and pays for your assessment, that organization does not automatically receive your individual report. We share individual results with a sponsoring organization only where you have authorized it, or where the governing agreement and applicable professional guidelines permit it and you have been told so in advance. Where an organization has contracted for team or group work, we may share aggregated or de-identified findings that do not identify any individual.

EQ360 observer feedback is confidential. Feedback from the observers you nominate is presented in grouped or aggregated form. We do not attribute individual comments or ratings to a named observer, except where the structure of the report makes a category unavoidably identifiable, such as a single manager rater, which we will flag before the assessment begins.

Publisher guidelines. Assessment instruments are licensed from their publishers, including Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) for EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360, and Wiley for Everything DiSC. We handle assessment data in accordance with the guidelines and ethical requirements those publishers set for certified practitioners.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site is a static website and does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may set functional cookies necessary to serve the Site. If you begin a purchase, Stripe may set cookies required to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

If we add analytics or other measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us operate, including our website host (Netlify), our payment processor (Stripe), and the assessment publishers whose platforms administer and score the instruments (MHS and Wiley). These providers may use your information only to provide their service.
  • With your authorization, such as when you ask us to share your results with your manager, coach, or organization.
  • Where required by law, legal process, or a governmental authority, or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case information may transfer as part of that transaction.

7. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed. Assessment results and engagement records are retained so that we can support your ongoing development and meet publisher and professional record-keeping expectations. Transaction records are retained longer to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. General inquiries that do not become engagements are kept for a shorter period. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established providers for hosting, payment processing, and assessment administration. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to avoid sending sensitive information such as government identification numbers or health details through our contact form or email.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, request a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, email us at info@silveragility.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Some information may be subject to exceptions, for example where we must retain transaction records to meet tax obligations, or where deleting data would compromise the confidentiality of EQ360 observers.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for working adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

11. International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Site or use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, tools, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated policy here.
